At Lemon&Co we have a team dedicated to dealing with domestic violence issues and applications for injunctions to prevent further harm being done. They are able to respond quickly and efficiently, giving you advice and taking action when urgent situation arise.

We will discuss with you how best to secure your personal safety. Everyone has the right to live without fear of violence.

Domestic violence can be actual violence, as well as psychological abuse or harassment. Where you have suffered violence you may well involve the police, but it may also be appropriate to apply to the court for an injunction, thus preventing an abuser coming to the family home, or being in further contact with you.
