Undertaking
A promise.
Undue Influence
Where a person has entered into an agreement under such circumstances to show or give rise to a presumption that he has not been allowed to exercise a free and deliberate judgment, on a matter. A court can set such agreement aside e.g. wife agreeing a charge on jointly owned home for the benefit of the husbands buisness.
Unfair Dismissal
The single biggest type of claim to the Employment Tribunal.
