Job Descriptions
A document setting out the employee's principal job responsibilities.
Joint Property (Land)
Either held as joint tenants where on death the property passes automatically to the survivor/s irrespective of what the deceased's Will says or tenants in common where each owner can control their own share through his/her Will.
Judgment Debt
Debt plus interest and cost awarded to the claimant in respect of its claim.
Judicial Separation
An order of the court setting out the terms of separation.
