Employment Rights

Set out especially in the 1996 Employment Rights Act and the various discrimination statutes.


Employee Status

This is a requirement for the exercise of most employment rights.


Executor

A person appointed under a Will to administer the Testator's Estate. He/She collects the assets, pays the liabilities, pays any Inheritance Tax and pays the legacies.
